This documentation shows evidence that I have completed a list of all the props, costume materials and makeup products that I need to buy/ get hold of for the filming stage of the production process, it also includes what each item is going to be used for, what character is going to use them, how I am going to get hold of the item, how much it will cost and the total cost for each item. Props, costumes and makeup are used to create the mise-en-scene of a film and can change the way that a film looks. They can be used to portray a certain character in a particular way, a location in a particular way and create a realistic set or certain atmosphere for the film. They are very important and essential for every film. I have completed this list as a table because it is an efficient, simple and organised way to display the needed information. It separates the needed information into groups so that I can easily understand it. This is necessary so that I do not forget any item that I need for filming. If I were to forget an item them I would have to delay filming until I purchased or got hold of that item. It is possible that I could delay the release of my film if I forget a very important item or a lot of items, this is why it is essential to stay organised as a film producer. My list of needed props/costumes/makeup is professional and displayed in a mature and simple way. It is industry standard because most film producers would choose to display their personal list of props/costumes/makeup the same way as me, however, their list would most likely be much bigger because my film is very small budget compared to most film productions who would use a lot of props, costumes and makeup products.
